Can I change my subscription plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated for the remaining period.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the free plan with no charges.
Does TaxHILFE take a commission on my earnings?
No. TaxHILFE does not charge any commission on your earnings — on any plan. You keep 100% of what you charge clients. Our plans are flat-rate subscriptions: you pay a fixed monthly fee per license and that's it. No hidden fees, no per-booking cuts.
What happens when I reach my client limit?
If you reach your plan's client limit, new client requests will be paused until you upgrade to a higher plan. Existing client relationships remain unaffected.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! Every new advisor automatically gets a 30-day free trial of our Professional plan on signup — no credit card required. After the trial you choose the plan that fits your practice, or continue on the free plan with no charges.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely via Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
What are Nexum AI credits?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of Nexum AI credits that power the built-in AI assistant, draft emails, and case insights. 1 credit equals 1 token of AI usage, and higher-capability models (Standard, Pro, Max) consume proportionally more credits per request than Fast. Your allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of Nexum AI credits, and which models does each plan include?
Once your monthly credits are used up, AI features pause for the rest of the cycle while the rest of your account keeps working normally — credits reset next cycle. Higher plans include both a larger credit allowance and more capable models: Free unlocks Fast, Starter adds Standard, Professional adds Pro, and Business unlocks all tiers up to Max. Upgrading raises your allowance and unlocks more models.

TaxHILFE ASSIST is a premium matching service where our team personally contacts professionals on your behalf and follows up until you receive a response. It saves you the time and effort of searching and reaching out yourself.
How much does ASSIST cost?
ASSIST is a one-time payment — no subscription, no recurring fees. Personal: €51, Freelancer: €251, Startup: €1,251. Enterprise pricing on request.
How does the matching process work?
Once your request is placed, our team reviews your tax situation and begins personal outreach to advisors who match your needs. We contact multiple advisors simultaneously and follow up until you receive a confirmed introduction.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If we are unable to match you with a professional within 45 days of your payment, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact our support team.
What happens after I'm matched?
Once we find an advisor willing to take on your case, we introduce you directly. From that point, your relationship with the advisor is handled directly between you two. TaxHILFE does not charge a commission on ASSIST matches.
What is the difference between ASSIST and using the free search?
The free search lets you browse and contact advisors yourself — great if you have time. ASSIST is for people who want someone else to handle the outreach and follow-up, with a guarantee of results or a full refund.
