Can I change my subscription plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated for the remaining period.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the free plan with no charges.

Does TaxHILFE take a commission on my earnings?

No. TaxHILFE does not charge any commission on your earnings — on any plan. You keep 100% of what you charge clients. Our plans are flat-rate subscriptions: you pay a fixed monthly fee per license and that's it. No hidden fees, no per-booking cuts.

What happens when I reach my client limit?

If you reach your plan's client limit, new client requests will be paused until you upgrade to a higher plan. Existing client relationships remain unaffected.

What payment methods are accepted?
